Here is how a Friday works now. From three we are cutting big pies into slices over the counter. From six we switch to whole pizzas and the tables fill up. No tickets, no booking, walk in whenever.

Slices

We fire big 20 inch pies and cut them into quarters. Grab a slice and a cold drink on your way past, no waiting on a whole pie. This is the after school, after work, quick bite slot.

Whole pizzas

The counter slows down and we switch to whole pies to order, straight off the menu. Get a 20 inch to yourself or split a few across the table, and stick around for a drink. We are pouring til half nine.
